This site has no accounts or login and uses no external analytics or fonts. Search terms appear in requests and the address bar. The server may log request paths, IP addresses and times for troubleshooting.
Third-party covers and video
In the episode library, your browser requests cover images from third parties. Opening an episode requests video playlists and segments from third-party media services. These services receive network information such as your IP address, request time and browser headers. Videos may include promotions supplied by the source.
Drafts and email
Correction drafts exist only on the current page. They are not sent or written to local storage. Email links open your own mail application. Copy any draft you wish to keep before leaving.
Language preferences
Your language choice is saved in a first-party cookie for 180 days. Without a saved choice, verified Hong Kong or Taiwan location data selects Traditional Chinese. Other or unknown locations use Simplified Chinese. English is selected manually.
Region detection uses an IP database stored on this server. Your IP is not sent to an external lookup service. An IP location may differ from your actual location; you can change the language at any time.
